About this house rental
Family friendly home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Within 5 minutes you can drive to the Bangor Waterfront Concerts, the Cross Insurance Center, local hospitals and many restaurants. If you are flying in, it’s a 10 minute drive to the Bangor International Airport.
This two bedroom two bath home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and has all the amenities to make this feel like your home away from home.
-No smoking inside or in a location where the odor can enter the residence.
-No parties
-No illegal activity
-Parking onsite for two vehicles, all other vehicles can park for free on the road.
-Please close and lock all windows before leaving
-Please lock key-less door-lock if not on the premises
-All garbage must be in garbage bags or the town won't remove it. If garbage is found in the bins and not in a garbage bag, a $50 fee will be assessed.

We enjoyed our time in Brewer. We booked a very last minute trip (the night before) as my husband was working in Maine and my daughter and I decided to road trip out to spend the weekend with him from upstate NY. The house was adorable. Loved having a bath and a half. Beds were comfy. Loved the modern updating but so happy there’s some older charm mixed in. Great location with lots of places to eat and grocery stores. And close to Acadia which was breathtaking must see. And stopped at Momo’s (24 hour cheesecake stand) on the way home. Owners were very easy to work with and quick responders especially because we booked so last minute. Thank you. If we come back we would stay here again.

This was a perfect home for us while visiting Maine! Miranda is a great host - made the check in and check out process easy- no issues at all. Communication before and during our stay was great with quick responses to our questions. We also got a variety of places for area dining .
All in all the home is in a good location for jumping off to other cities or towns to experience Maine. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
The house was clean, no issues with any appliances, and internet service was not slow
