Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront retreat. This cute cottage is tucked away from the hustle of everyday life on a back cove. Find shade under one of the 15 dogwood trees on the property or unwind on the screened in porch. Access the water with a shared neighboring dock or from the gravel bank with the two kayaks and a canoe that can be put in the water right next to their storage. Only 5 minutes to Mud Creek boat ramp and 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsboro! Perfect for the sportsman that wants to take advantage of the incredible fishing here!

We were pleased with the house. I would like to tell everyone that the dock that's in the pictures is at the neighbors, but if you stay at the house you have permission to fish from it. If you do plan on fishing I would suggest you bring some frogs and top lures, the area it's in is a heavy grass bed, but the fish are there if you know what you're doing. I wouldn't recommend fishing there if you aren't experienced. The only thing that I can say about the actual house is, there's no door for the master bedroom, and while there is a door to the bathroom it won't shut all the way, but you just need to make sure people know to knock before they enter. All in all, I'd stay there again if I needed a spot in the area.
