A quiet and convenient spot to stay while you are enjoying the Bluegrass State. Within walking distance of Masterson Station Park with over 600+ acres. Close to the Kentucky Horse Park, Red Mile Racetrack, Keeneland Racetrack, the Lexington Airport. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Rupp Arena, 15 minutes to Kroger's Commonwealth Stadium. A great place to stay while exploring the Bourbon Trail. Comfortable brand new beds and memory foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets that are laundered and taken to the dry cleaner to be ironed before each new guest. The quilts and duvet covers are all freshly washed and dried as well. We also provide nightstands, reading lamps with convenient bedside USB charging stations in each bedroom. Easy access to a plethora of restaurants & a 24 hour Kroger supermarket w/ a Starbucks inside. Fully equipped kitchen w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, Keurig hot beverage machine with a variety of K-cups for your enjoyment, a toaster, pots & pans, crock pot, plates & utensils.
