About this cottage rental
Welcome to The Brigadoon, a quiet cottage in Leipers Fork, the small artsy village about 15 minutes from downtown Franklin and 35 minutes from Nashville. The cottage blends rustic charm with modern comfort, with countryside views, artistic touches throughout and a big deck made for slow mornings and sunset evenings. Walk to the village for coffee, live music, galleries and dinner, then come home to the quiet.
The space
The living room is bright and welcoming with comfortable seating and rustic decor. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one of them with an extra single, plus a single bed in the living room, so the cottage sleeps up to 8. Two full bathrooms, both clean and modern with showers. Fast wifi and a TV for downtime. The upstairs bedroom is reached by a short flight of stairs.
Outdoors
A spacious deck with a grill looks over the countryside and is the best seat in the house for sunset. The backyard is yours to enjoy, and there is plenty of parking right at the house.
The neighborhood
Leipers Fork is a charming village and the cottage is walkable to its shops and restaurants. Grab a coffee at Red Byrd, breakfast or lunch at Fox and Locke, and catch live music at several spots around the village. Puckett's and the galleries are close by, and Franklin is a short 20 minute drive for more shopping and restaurants.
Good to know
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and the primary guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Check in details are sent before arrival so you can settle in on your own schedule.

Great vintage feel!
Nice kitchen.
However it was a good thing two of your friends couldn’t come - house sleeps 3 easily but one bed is a double and the two twin beds were make shift cots and uncomfortable.
Communication was lacking. We didn’t have internet the first night and no one else responded to my message.
