About this cottage rental
Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing!! Located in peaceful Holiday Shores in Titus in Weoka Creek Slough, this quaint, fully remodeled lake front cottage has a beautiful covered patio (with kid/pet gates at each entrance) perfect for morning bird watching, afternoon cocktails, and a sunset dinner. It is next to the community boat ramp and has a very large circle driveway to hold multiple vehicles with boat trailers. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, it's the perfect size for a small group of guests. The welcoming living room offers beautiful views of Lake Jordan and an additional sleeping space with a pull out queen sofa bed. You'll find all the essentials you need, like a full equipped kitchen, WiFi, and ample of on site parking, to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a shower with a rain shower and a shower wand. The grounds have fully mature trees for lots of shade throughout the day and has plenty of locally sourced native plants which attract lots of butterflies and birds. There is a gas grill and an electric smoker on site to cook your daily catch, if you are an angler. Bring your boat, there is a new dock with fenders and pop up cleats to tie it up. Have an electric vehicle or a live well on your fishing boat, there are plugs for both of those in the driveway. Located less than 20 minutes from Downtown Wetumpka, we think our place will help you experience everything Lake Jordan has to offer.

A lovely pet friendly property right on the lake. Really a great find at a great price. Our host was super super helpful and friendly. You have beautiful views of the lake from inside and outside on the deck. This is the time of year for mosquitoes so be sure to bring spray even though the host has some along with various sunscreens. Kitchen has everything you need for any type of food or drink. We were here for 5 days and loved every second of it. What a gem of a cabin. We will be back for sure!

The property is good for 2 people. It is pet friendly, but no place for your pup to play. It had everything we needed to cook dinner. It had a nice dock, but the plug where you were supposed to park did not work to charge the boat batteries (we went to the DG & BOUGHT 3 extension cords to go with or we had) & you could not turn on the light because the shed was locked. There was another place to park the had a boat lift, but we didn't want to park our new boat under a lift (not even sure it would fit). It was good for a short stay.

The property was cozy and clean. With 3 adults, staying 3 nights we could have used some extra hand towels and wash cloths but we made it work. Very good instructions for everything and host was very responsive. We had two bass boats and still had room in the drive for parking.
