About this apartment rental
The Beach Club Bristol 808 is a renovated, 8th floor condo with a fantastic direct gulf view from the balcony, living/dining/kitchen areas and master bedroom at a luxury resort! You will have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sugar white sand beach which is beautifully kept and stretches endlessly down a natural, undisturbed and protected area, covered with sand dunes and wildlife.
The condo sleeps 7 in beds plus there is a sectional sofa with a sleeper bed for 2. The bedding arrangement is King in master, Queen in first guest room, a bunk bed with a full over twin in the second guest room, plus a sofa sleeper. The beds are made with white linen, and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries and tissue paper. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, toilet tissue and toiletries. The King and Twin Bedrooms adjoin a private bathroom. The third bathroom is across from the Queen Bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.
If you book this condo, you will have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of the four towers and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus, the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, playground, and charcoal grills without additional fees.
The owner is a member of the Clubhouse and the private amenities are available with a daily fee which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children activities. Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas, but must be removed each night.
Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.

Great experience and host. Condo unit was clean and great view of the beach and property. Unit had normal signs of age but still a great stay. Access to beach and pool was great as well. The listing specifically said access to Arcade game room but that was only if you bought the wrist band which was somewhat misleading to have that as an advertised amenity but later learn it’s an additional cost. It’s the only reason review isn’t 5 stars. Also not host fault and please don’t take negatively towards the host’s unit but the overall condo elevators had issues our entire stay. With multiple of the four not working at any given time. At one point they were down to only one for hours at a time. The inspection certificate for each were also out of date. Hopefully they get them sorted for future visits. We would definitely visit again.

Everything was great! The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Owner was easy to get a hold of, we would definitely stay here again!
