This condo as well as the entire complex are in superb condition. The pool, boat dock, landscaping, and buildings are all in top shape. We had a pleasant stay. Will do it again

Could use some maintenance: no light bulb in lamp downstairs; upstairs bathroom light fixture was flickering & would smell heated (did speak with owner & he was trying to get someone to repair); shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was mildewy & could use washing/bleaching or replacing; cabinet & dresser drawers were difficult to slide open or shut. Overall, it was clean & comfortable, a/c worked well, location was convenient to the places we were wanting to go to.
