About this house rental
Quaint farmhouse built in 1934 recently renovated in the past year. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room and eat in kitchen with mud room/laundry room, and gazebo. This house sits on two acres with the Cherokee National forest as a backdrop. Close to hiking, biking and equestrian trails this is the perfect getaway. Easy access to historic Greeneville and the Niswonger Performing Arts Center. Within an hour you can be in Asheville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Johnson City, Jonesborough or Kingsport. Hot Springs is only 25 miles away. We do have two outdoor security cameras on the premises.

Quiet country setting. Just what we were seeking. Came for R&R and kayaking. Nolichucky wildlife management Joe Johnson Access is a great drop in and out for kayaking.

Would have liked local channels for news and weather, but we managed. Great location. We were very pleased with our stay. Thanks Cathie!

The host was nice and responsive. Be aware the property ceilings are very low. I am 5’1” and I could touch the ceilings. There are little step ups at the room thresholds making for falls and stub toes. Due to the low ceilings and small steps I am only able to give 3 stars. The property was well stocked, even the cabinet in the bathroom was stocked.
