Howdy - welcome to Cowtown!
Our home was built to provide a rustic, farmhouse vibe located right in the heart of Fort Worth. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, future and alumni TCU and family, and anyone looking to experience the rodeo!
We are a 10-minute walk from the beloved Magnolia Ave's shops and restaurants, a 5-minute drive to Downtown FW, and 15-minutes to The Stockyards.
We are located right off interstate 35W, providing you quick and easy access to the AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, or Six Flags!
Please note- Rustic Farmhouse is a duplex that shares a singular wall with our other listing, Cozy Modern. There are no shared living spaces for either property, and each has its own separate entrance and completely private and separate backyard.

Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend! We love pets and consider them family though we do ask that you adhere to our furry friend rules! Please DO NOT just bring your pet without telling us.
-Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds
-Animals must be crated if no one is home
-Please pick up after your pet
NOTE - there is a pet fee of $80 due to the additional cleaning required by our professional cleaning crew to get it ready for the next set of guests.

Nice large comfortable writing/computer desk with built-in USB ports. Desk lamp for late-night work. Comfortable office chair.

The fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with electric stove, a microwave, an oven, a full-sized fridge, pots & pans, 6-person set of dishes, salt & pepper, and a full coffee bar. Make sure to bring your own preferred condiments and seasoning just in case!
The coffee bar comes with a K-cup coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker.

The living room comes equipped with a 4K 55-inch TV that you can chrome-cast to the TV any app for streaming you wish to use, once logged into the wifi.
-- BATHROOM --
We provide fresh towels, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
-- CLEANING SUPPLIES--
Comes equipped with a washer & dryer for longer stays, along with detergent and dryer sheets. Also comes with a swiffer mop, vacuum cleaner, and broom.

Beautiful house and very clean. The house is close to the Stockyards and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We came with 3 young boys and 2 dogs. I let the dogs outside as soon as we arrived and had immediately had some concerns with the backyard. There were two large fire ant hills and multiple low spots under the fence and missing boards in the fence where my small dog could get out of. We had to block the gate with the grill and several other places with bricks we found. The backyard was not ideal and quite a disappointment as I’d now have to go outside with the dogs and stay with them each time they went out, as well as watch my kids and dogs closely to make sure they didn’t step in the fire ants. We brought our stuff inside and I found a dead roach on the floor by my bed. I reached out to the host to let her know what I’d found and she assured me it was just a “water bug” and they come out when there’s a lot of rain. I had never heard of that, so I just let it go and hoped that would be the last of the hiccups. The next morning my son was getting out of bed on the pullout couch and another huge roach ran across the floor and he almost stepped on it. I squished it and threw it in the trash and apparently didn’t kill it and it was staring at me when I opened the lid later. I took a picture of it so I could compare with a water bug and it was definitely a roach. Water bugs have big front pinchers and apparently a painful bite. Not the worst stay ever, but definitely could’ve been better. Just wish the ants/fence/roach situation was taken care of before we arrived.

The space was clean and spacious. Loved having a yard so I could sit out there and drink coffee (which was also available).
