Large private balcony overlooking sandy white beach, pool, hot tub & the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps 4-5: (plush & extremely comfy) King in master & 2nd br, large sofa & loveseat in living rm. Gulf front master suite with ensuite bath. Fully stocked kitchen, including drip coffeemaker & Keurig, large toaster oven, toaster, blender, crockpot. Full size stackable washer & dryer. Free WIFI. Tub/shower combo in in both bathrooms. New large Vizio Smart TVs in living area & both bedrooms; dvd player in living area. Wall hair dryer in both bathrooms. Access to all 4 tower pools & hot tubs, beach chair rentals, 2 restaurants, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, outdoor grills (clubhouse pkg lot area), bike rentals, clubhouse spa. Tiki bar (seasonal) access from promenade. NOTE: 1) NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 ALLOWED. 2) CLUBHOUSE POOLS & GYM ARE NOT INCLUDED AND PASSES CANNOT BE PURCHASED. 3) 10% discount on stays of 7 nights or more. Snowbirds welcome at 15% discount per month. 4) PARKING FEE OF $40.00 PER VEHICLE PER STAY.
