Second time staying here for a night and I received a free upgrade to their suite. I didn't try the sauna or jacuzzi but enjoyed the spacious room.
Zenep at the front desk was very helpful when I had some minor trouble with the door and when I made a mistake booking a taxi. Thanks!
Breakfast was a small buffet this time, I preferred the prepared platter they had earlier this year. Still nice though.

Overall, we had a good stay. The bungalows were very clean, beautiful and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a lovely addition. The reception team were excellent, especially Zeynep who handled our check-in and was very friendly and helpful. When we reported an issue with the jacuzzi drainage, reception responded quickly and sent someone to have a look.
Unfortunately, the attitude of some other staff members was disappointing, particularly the staff member responsible for the breakfast restaurant.
There was an issue with the jacuzzi drainage, and when a staff member came to check it, he told me that I needed to remove the drain cover by hand myself in order for the water to drain. When I asked whether there was a tool I could use, he replied that it was water we had used ourselves, so I should just remove it with my hand. I found this response quite unprofessional and unpleasant.
We had also booked our stay including breakfast, and Zeynep confirmed this to us during check-in. However, when we went for breakfast the following morning, the restaurant staff member told us that breakfast was not included. We showed him our Booking.com reservation confirming that breakfast was included, but after calling reception he still told us that we did not have breakfast and that we would need to pay separately.
We then went to reception ourselves, where they checked the reservation again, apologised and confirmed that breakfast was indeed included and that the mistake had been on their side. We appreciated the reception team's apology and how they handled the situation. However, the restaurant staff member never apologised for the way the situation was handled, which was disappointing.
