Very central, clean with air conditioning in a nice aerea. Kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom and large bed.
It’s called “managed apartment “ and in other occasions that meant you would have a change of towels, bed linen at least once. We stayed 8 days and didn’t get any service.
We also received the entry code for the wrong apartment which gave us access to the neighbours place! They remediated immediately but it is a very sensible topic.
The apartment was on first floor facing the street which made it very loud all night long.

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to Bahao market city centre - 30 seconds walk to a lovely square with bars and restaurants.
Quiet cosy apartment and extremely clean.
We had a late flight home and they let us leave our luggage in the apartment after check out until 5pm :)
Can’t fault it!

Small point of we arrived at 3am, with all the shops closed, and had no water if they’re had have been some left in the fridge

El alojamiento es una preciosidad, está súper limpio y es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y además la ubicación también está muy bien, cerca monumentos y al lado hay una plaza con restaurantes y supermercados.
Se escucha bastante el tubo del extractor del bar que hay al lado

Very central location, yet very quiet as our apartment faced away from the street. The apartment was spacious and had a washing machine, which we appreciated as we stayed for over a week. The terrace was a nice addition even though we did not use it due to the bad weather.
Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the grouting in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while, all floors were covered in long black hair (not ours), there was other hair in the bathroom drawer, the kitchen table had greasy spots and stains from the previous guests and the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. During our stay, we found ants across the apartments and more bugs. We were offered to leave the apartment, but chose not to.
We stayed for more than 1 week and would have appreciated a second set of towels, a cleaning cloth for the kitchen and more trash bags and toilet paper.
The apartment was not very comfortable. There was not a lot of storage for clothing, a coffee table by the couch was missing, a shoe rack and/or bench near the entrance would have been great. In the bedroom, you have to choose whether you want to open the closet or the window - the room is too small to do both. Additionally, we would have appreciate an ottoman on which we could open our suitcases or an additional closet in which we could store them. The TV was very small, considering the distance to the couch and size of the living room.
Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained: several lightbulbs were broken, a lampshade was missing, the blackout blinds were dirty and had holes and there were several markings on the walls including a grease stain in the kitchen.
Lastly, the apartment felt soulless. I'm not a big fan of AirBnB art, but some pictures on the wall or a little bit of decoration would have made this place a lot cozier.
