Location was Fabulous. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped, plenty of nice cups, glasses etc. Fully air conditioned too. Welcome pack including wine was a nice touch
Upstairs bedroom had no cupboards or drawers to store clothes so they had to share cupboards downstairs. We suspected they planned to put something in but not got round to it yet

The location is excellent. It is right across the street from the famous market and an easy walk to everything in Porto. It was quiet at night and there are a ton of restaurants and the main shopping street in Porto is one block away. The unit was clean and comfortable though they could use another comfy chair with arms in the living room. There wasn't enough places to sit for the 4 of us if 2 sat on the loveseat size couch. It didn't matter that much b/c we were barely there. The beds in the bedrooms are all very comfortable and the pillows are great. They weren't lumpy and old but fluffy and new, a huge plus in my opinion and an important detail most owners seem to miss. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 4 days. Water pressure was good, hot water was plentiful for 4 showers in the morning.
They need to give some attention to the bathrooms. Our master bedroom sink was clogged and when we called they sent someone to fix it but he didn't tighten the pipes under the sink at all and when I turned the water on, we had a small flood. Then the handheld shower mount in the downstairs bathroom was broken off the wall so the only place to put it was on the ground and you had to hold it the entire time which was super annoying for our daughter. Hopefully by now all of this has been fixed but small things like this make a big difference and attention to these matters should be immediate.

La ubicación, comodidad y espacio, la decoración, no faltaba nada. Teníamos todo lo necesario.
La comunicación con el anfitrión no funcionó a traves de booking (cualquier intento de comunicación de nuestra parte generaba "error" usando la aplicación). Por suerte logramos comunicación directa con el anfitrión que respondió a todas nuestras dudas. Estoy aguardando la restitución del depósito de garantía todavía no visible en la tarjeta de crédito.

The location was very good and convenient for exploring Porto. The apartment was in a pleasant area, and the self check-in process was easy and straightforward.

The issues we reported were all relatively minor and should have been easy to resolve. The communication with customer service was actually quite entertaining. The conversation started in Portuguese, so I politely asked that we continue in English to avoid any misunderstanding. From then on, the communication was very quick and friendly. We were told: “Thanks, I've notified the team and they’ve received the request to arrange the repairs and replacement items. They said they’re looking into it.”
We then received a friendly message wishing us a pleasant journey. At some point, I started wondering whether the AI had perhaps forgotten to pass my instructions on to the team… 😊
The funny part is that the communication was immediate and polite, but the team apparently kept “looking into it” throughout our entire stay. None of the small issues were actually resolved. A quick visit to the apartment would probably have solved everything and left us with a completely different impression.
