Appartamento grande ed arredato bene, Posto auto sicuro e raggiungibile dall'interno
...WC in uno spazio tipo cabina telefonica, con il resto del bagno ( lavandino e doccia) posto esattamente dalla parte opposta dell'appartamento. Seconda camera ' matrimoniale' con divano letto che, di fatto, occupa tutta l'area calpestabile della stanza. Bellissima terrazza che circonda tutto l'appartamento ma inutilizzabile perchè sporca e quasi totalmente ricoperta di foglie. Lontana dal centro.

Spacious apartment, very clean and a pleasant short walk to the city centre
Bad communication regarding access to the apartment. We were told last minute someone would let us into the apartment as it had to be done remotely but they didn’t turn up. There is no basin in the toilet which is separate to the main bathroom (by a considerable distance ) which is unhygienic.

Que El segon llit no estigués fet i en ser un sofà llit, no era còmode.
Falta llum al menjador, està molt fosc i falta un pèl de neteja. Les làmpares estaven plenes de pols.

Enough space for 4 people
During our stay, we noticed some inconveniences:
• Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a two-day stay. Guests should be informed in advance that they need to buy additional supplies.
• Although there are appliances in the kitchenette, no dishwashing detergent is provided. Again, this should be clearly communicated beforehand.
• No extra towels are available for emergencies; only the exact number needed is provided. If you need one more, you must buy it yourself.
• There is only one bedsheet per bed, and cover direct with duvet.
• The bathroom layout is inconvenient: there is no sink next to the toilet. The sink and shower are located near the bedrooms, and to access the toilet you must cross the kitchen.
I was also surprised when the taxi driver informed me that the property is located next to the Cité Gély / Figuerolles neighborhood, an area historically known for drug trafficking and other illegal activities. Fortunately, nothing happened during our stay.
Finally, the property requires an additional advance deposit of €150, which they claim is refundable if all house rules are followed. However, guests should be very careful: if you leave even one dish unwashed or forget to take out the trash, you may be fined and part of this deposit will not be returned. This is exactly what happened to me.
In summary, this is not a place I would return to.
