Graduation celebration for our daughter. Overall great experience!! House is very roomy, we loved the mirrors in the restrooms and the huge sofa in the living room. Backyard is beautiful, very well maintained and convenient to have the bathroom and showers outside. The heated pool and lights were great , volleyball net was a plus. Hot tub was not very clean, but it was nice to use. Only problem was that the A/C unit wasn’t sufficient for the whole house. In the afternoon the temperature would get up to 80 inside the house, we closed shutters, had fans on but not enough. It would be as low as 78 when the sun would go down but the house didn’t feel cool, only in the mornings. Had all essentials needed except only found one trash bag in the kitchen, For a house that big I would say they need two AC units. The room upstairs with the mini split unit was great, the kids loved that it was very comfortable and cool the whole time. Also, if no parties are allowed, don’t advertise events allowed when listing a property. Maybe put small gathering no more than 20 people. I’ve rented houses before and always filter to day events allowed, since we don’t have a pool we like to have celebrations in Vrbo’s with pools. I understand some people don’t take care of stuff/properties and that’s why you don’t want too many people, but specifying is appreciated.

The house was amazing.We loved everything about it and my kids had fun in the swimming pool. The host were amazing. Excellent communication with them and very nice host. The house is very clean inside and outside and it’s a very nice location . Very quiet. Will definitely be stay here more.

Had a fantastic stay.. House was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The only issue i had was the water temperature in the showers.. it was either too hot or too cold.. couldn't get the right temperature. But definitely would stay there again.. the host Adrian responded to question promptly..
