Interesting location for a hotel. A bit out of the way, but it does offer good access to the port, if that's where you are heading.
One significant glitch, during the stay. The electronic system that programs the key cards was not working, so we could not get into our rooms, without one of the staff members opening the doors for us, with a "master" key. The front desk, housekeeping, and lobby staff were all great, but not having functioning key cards was really inconvenient.

A high standard hotel in San Jose in Oriental Mindoro, where we no other Hotel in this standard were able to find. We were happy to stay there after an adventure safari with low standard accommodations. The rooms big, the air condition good and very nice and clean shower and toilet. The beds huge and very comfortable. The crew friendly and helpful.
We didn't find some, which have been better.
