Super comfy beds, quiet cool rooms and funky decor with great amenities. Great pool and Bar areas. Great location 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT and orchard road.
Bar very loud and lively weds to sat nights due to events -Too loud and unsuitable for families.
The pool bar was not open during the day which was disappointing.

Location and staff are 11/10. Room was snug but not too snug and very clean. Bathroom was lovely. Rooftop pool and bar was magnificent; the pink peppercorn infused tequila in their margarita was so good it changed my spouse's mind about not likimg tequila.
Room service was good but took all the little amenities (cotton swabs, toothbrush ect)I was still using and did not replace them. We used do not disturb the rest of our stay because of it. There is currently construction next door but Mama has good noise proofing and it wasn't particularly bothersome.

Beautiful place good location but we paid a lot for early check in as on overnight flight and couldn’t sleep because of noise from outside building

Lovely place, really well done and the location is spot on for Orchard and getting around. Rooms are smart, staff were good with us, and we'd have happily stayed longer.
One thing people should know before booking: there's a big construction site right next door and the noise runs from early morning through to evening. We're told it's due to carry on into early next year. If you're after somewhere to properly switch off and relax, it's worth bearing in mind. That said, big cities are like that and it's nobody at the hotel's fault, so we'd still come back once the work is finished.
