Great-sized room in a fantastic location. The metro station, shops and restaurants are all just a few minutes’ walk away. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from our 12th-floor apartment.
The host was very helpful, friendly and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily return.
A brief guide on changing the TV language to English would have been helpful.

I was initially skeptical about this property, but it far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect right in the heart of town and close to a subway stop the views from the room were immaculate. Some of the best views of Beijing and the building had security 24 seven and also they were responsive to any questions or comments and provide provided daily cleaning If I needed it. would highly highly recommend this place without a doubt to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a central location in Beijing.

The location is very convenient. Lily was always polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help resolve the issues we encountered during our stay.
We booked this apartment partly because it was advertised as 75 sqm. However, from the moment we checked in, the actual space felt significantly smaller than expected. Based on our experience staying in many apartments and hotels, the usable living space felt much closer to around 50–55 sqm than the advertised 75 sqm. When we raised this concern, the host explained that the advertised size included the balcony and common/shared areas.
We also experienced an air-conditioning failure and spent two nights in a room that remained around 27°C. Repairs were only arranged on the third morning, and a fan was provided as a temporary solution.
After discussions regarding both the apartment size and the air-conditioning issue, we accepted a compensation agreement of RMB 600 and intended to complete the remaining 5 nights of our stay.
However, after the compensation agreement had already been reached, the host repeatedly asked us to promise that we would not leave a negative review. When we declined to make such a commitment, we were offered two options: either promise not to leave a negative review and continue the stay, or accept a refund and leave.
We chose the refund option. After agreeing to it, we were informed that new guests had already been accepted for the apartment and that we would need to vacate around midday that same day.
While the host was responsive and ultimately provided compensation and a refund, we were uncomfortable with being asked to choose between continuing our stay and preserving our right to leave an honest review.
We originally booked 7 nights and expected this apartment to be our base for our Beijing trip. Instead, much of our first two days was spent dealing with accommodation issues, discussions, repairs, and relocation arrangements. We are sharing this experience so future guests can make their own informed decision.
