Hätte schön sein können - leider duch den Vermieter und die Mängel bedingt sehr schlecht - schade!
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Modern und sauber. Bei heißen Tagen auch kühl. Es ist ein ausgebauter Keller unter dem Parkplatz des Industrieareals. Allerdings mit Blick auf einen Wasserarm. Fenster nur an der Vorderseite.
Es fehlt ein Hinweis, dass eine steile Treppe der einzige Zugang ist. Nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst oder Beeinträchtigungen. Diese Treppe mit einem kleinen Podest soll auch die sogenannte Terrasse sein. Es ist ein 1 x 1 m Eingangspodest (keine Terrasse/Balkon - s. Foto). Die Treppe hat bauliche Mängel (s. Foto), der Übergang zwischen Treppe und Podest ist viel zu groß, Gefahr mit dem Fuß in die Lücke zu kommen (gerade, wenn man Gepäckt trägt). Zusätzlich wurde die Lücke mit einem flexiblen Kaninchendraht abgedeckt, welcher beim Betreten sofort nachgibt.
Das hintere Schlafzimmer ist ohne Fenster, ohne Deckenbeleuchtung (s. Foto) und nur mit einer Lampe ohne Schalter, sodass man sie jedes mal aus der Steckdose ziehen muss. Das Licht im Bad (ohne Fenster) ist ausgefallen. Wir haben uns mit der Stehlampe beholfen (wir haben den Vermieter 3 x versucht zu erreichen, er hat sich nicht zurück gemeldet). Im laufenden Trockner war noch die komplette Bettwäsche von unseren Vorgängern, um die wir uns dann gekümmert haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche an Geräten ist perfekt, allerdings fehlt die Menge an Geschirr für 6 Peronen. Es fehlt eine Info-Mappe für die vielen technischen Geräte in der Wohnung (Media-Geräte und diverse Küchengeräte - Bedienung ist nur per Raten möglich).
Der angebene private Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Dies war für uns ein einscheidendes Kriterium für das Mieten dieser Wohnung. Auch auf dem ganzen Industriegelände ist das priv. Parken nicht erlaubt, wir wurden vom Inhaber des Geländes verwiesen (mit Androhung uns abschleppen zu lassen). Vom Vermieter der Wohnung wurden wir dann angewiesen vor den Mülltonnen (was nicht möglich ist, alle Parkplätze sind personalisiert - s. Foto) oder auf der Strasse zu parken. Per SMs teilte er uns mit, dass halt kein privater Parkplatz angedacht sei (anders als bei Booking.com vermerkt - s. Foto).
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr lückenhaft und unfreundlich. Bei Hilfegesuch wurden wir tel. angebrüllt.

Definitiv kein Juwel an der Elbe
Größe der Wohnung war gut, Sofa und Sessel sehr bequem. Küche modern. Telemedien und -ausstattung sehr gut.
- Location ohne Anleitung nicht auffindbar, Lage in Industriegebiet, nachts sehr creepy
- Zugang nicht komfortabel
- Lichtschalter komplett unverständlich und ohne Anleitung
- Regendusche löst sich von Wand
- Laminat kaputt/Wasser tritt dauerhaft aus, Splittergefahr
- Schwere Tischplatte nicht befestigt
- grundsätzliche Basics fehlen (z.B. Seife auf WC)
- Gesamtzustand der Einrichtung war in schlechten Zustand (Rost, Beschädigungen, etc)
- Lüftung im Bad fragwürdig
- Abweichende Informationen zwischen Dienstleister und Vermieter
- Kommunikation mit Anbieter sehr unangenehm, Rückfragen werden unzufriedenstellend und widerwillig beantwortet, Dienstleistercharakter nicht gegeben

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Gastgeber
Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Gastgeber.
Bei der Buchung wurde uns ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass für den Aufenthalt eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung ausgestellt werden kann. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurde jedoch lediglich eine Teilrechnung für Zusatzleistungen übersandt. Die Rechnung für die eigentliche Unterkunft fehlt bis heute.
Noch problematischer als die fehlende Rechnung ist jedoch das Verhalten des Gastgebers. Auf wiederholte Nachrichten unsererseits wurde nicht reagiert. Auch mehrere Kontaktaufnahmen und Eskalationen durch Booking.com blieben unbeantwortet. Selbst gesetzte Fristen führten zu keiner Rückmeldung.
Ein Gastgeber sollte erreichbar sein, auf berechtigte Anliegen seiner Gäste reagieren und zugesagte Leistungen erfüllen. In diesem Fall war die Kommunikation praktisch nicht vorhanden und das Problem wurde vollständig ignoriert.
Die Unterkunft selbst mag in Ordnung sein, der Umgang mit Gästen und die fehlende Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers sind für uns jedoch nicht akzeptabel. Aus diesem Grund können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
