Location only good quality

Location was apositive thing about this apartment, 2 minute walk to Trinity metro station. Good airconditioner

The apartment is in a rundown part of town. They tried to remodel/update it but not a good job as windows dont open properly, bathroom door rotted at bottom & it has very few electric plug-ins. The mattress are awful and need replacing as do the very smelly old pillows. The master king bed had sand and hair in it leftover from last people who stayed there, bedding obviously not changed between renters. Also the 3 windows in master bedroom weren't facing outside but into the bathroom, the living room & main building stairway. So anytime someone turned on one of those lights at night, the master bedroom lights up! Do you know how often other tenants go up & down stairs after dark, we'll you will if you sleep in the master room! The upright fan doesn't work & the lamp in living room has no place to plug in. The kitchen shelves are so high we couldn't reach bowls and no step stool. No extra trash bags but they suggest to empty trash daily (down the street ) Tiny 6 ft × 3ft balcony overlooks a concrete pit with dirty stone walls and sliding doors that don't lock. The high pressure in shower blows the hand held shower head off the holder, which also needs to be replaced. Not a place we'd recommend other than to be close to town & the metro station

NEFASTA!
