The apartment is centrally located - 100m from the main shopping street, half a mile or so to the river and/or airport metro. Facilities are pretty good to ensure a good short self catering stay. It was also nice to have a few nice touches such as bottled water in the fridge and a bottle of wine on arrival. Communication was quick and efficient too.
This place is not as advertised. The photos make it look modern but unfortunately it is pretty dated. The sofa is not the same as the pics and appears marked by a cat and all soft furnishings, including the rug, felt dusty and hairy. It needed a good hoover. The TV didn't work at all, the bathroom sink was loose, the hot water is scorching, and the lights began to play up at the end of the stay. Additionally, you'll have neighbours playing loud music when they arrive home from work until late at night, and to add to the noise, the whole apartment block is noisy i.e. doors slamming. To finish, there appeared to be a bit of blood on the front door near the keyhole which obvs adds to the whole feeling of uncleanliness. Oh, almost forgot, you'll almost need stilts to get to the padlock for the key to enter.
