The room was immaculate, and serviced daily. and the staff were helpful when i had an issue with my payment method on arrival. I was very stressed.
The address simply did not come up on didi, i went to 3 locations in the taxi before arriving, and the gentleman at the grand universal studios hotel, managed to get me to this hotel in the end. Everytime i booked a didi to get back, i had them take me to jiukeshu metro station, as it could find that, so worked out in the end.. Breakfast wasnt great sadly, or maybe its because im a foreigner and it wasnt to my liking. so deducted for these 2 points only.
