This place is beautiful! I loved the garden area with the different huts. My bungalow was spotlessly clean. The big bathroom is fantastic! And I love the design of the bungalows. The price was very good, too.
No TV in the bungalow (though might also not be necessary). No wifi in the bungalows, only in the reception building.

We do not usually write reviews but this time we felt obliged to do so.
Our stay at Quiet Lodge began very well, with nice housing at affordable price, a kitchen opened late (9:30pm, useful when you arrive in the evening), and welcoming staff.
It is located in a peaceful area, 5min driving / 30min walking from the city. Consider taking a tuktuk because the road is going up and down and it is difficult to walk in the sun. The tuktuk will cost you 2-2,5$ so more expensive that other places we visited in Cambodia. Be careful Grab does not work here.
The accomodation offers a scooter rental service (10-13$ per day, more expensive than in other places we experienced but we guessed prices are going up in Sen Monorom due to tourism), which is in fact the vehicle of one of the member of staff. We signed no contract and did not check the vehicle, as it is usually done here.
We went driving in the countryside and on the way back a tire broke and went totally flat. We managed to contact the host (and owner of the vehicle) thanks to very gentle people we met on the road.
The host took the position that it was our fault and that we had to have the tire changed at our own expense (20$) right here on the side of the road. We disagreed, the people on the road knowing scooter and telling us that the tire was too damaged for it to be our fault. Anyway, we tried to contact the host again, by phone and via Booking but she never answered. It was nightfall, we had no other choice to have the tire changed by the people on the road (who fortunately spoke English, had a tire and knew how to change it !).
During the 3 hours until we went back to the hotel, the host never tried to reach us, even answering our first call for help via message on Booking. What if we never came back ?
When we came back, we felt it was becoming more personnal, even if she proposed to share the tire expense, more afraid of a bad review than feeling bad for what happened. We felt it was not the time to discuss it at night and proposed to talk about it in the morning when leaving, as we had food to pay. She did not refuse. But in the morning, she did not show up, letting us deal the payment with someone speaking little English and probably not fully aware of the situation. We ended up splitting the tire expense, as it was vain to bother this woman that was not concerned. Well played.
Once again, beside this incident, our 4-nights stay was great.
