It was pet friendly and very quiet. The house was not considered clean by my standards. Hair on the floor in bathrooms, dusty webs on calling that were black on ceiling in living room area. The front porch had some type of litter looking substance sprinkled along porch next to house! Not sure if it was poisonous to our dogs, cold air duck/filter in living room was filthy (see picture) . The staircase was only a foot wide and if you were not careful going up and down you would hit your head! Pictures in VRBO descriptions of bedrooms were not correct. The grass in the yard needed mowed. Sliding screen on back door was broken and fell on my daughter. Inside door casings had been damaged previously to our stay and needed to be repaired. I did not feel this host was prepared to have guest as property was not at 100 % presentable. The host did provide incidentals such as disposable razors, extra tooth brushes, small tubes of tooth paste, etc. This was a nice.
