Perfect for couples, families, or remote work stays, the home offers two cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed, smart TV, and board games.

Step outside and enjoy both front and back decks, a relaxing hammock area, and a fire pit under the stars. Whether you're watching the sunset or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, DREAMS invites you to slow down, unwind, and feel at home in nature.

Perfectly located near top destinations like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, both within an hour. Just minutes from Tellico Lake and Fort Loudoun Dam. Conveniently located 18 mi from McGhee Tyson Airport and a few miles from Lenoir City and Maryville. Also near Pellissippi State Community College and local favorites, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Guest Access
Guests are warmly welcome to enjoy the entire home, including the front and back decks, fire pit, and the beautiful open outdoor spaces surrounding the house. You’re also welcome to explore and walk up to the higher areas of the property.

Please note that the area across the road, including the family camper space and the private section beyond it, is reserved for family use and is not accessible to guests.

Parking is available near the home, as long as vehicles do not block the internal driveway.

Communication
We’re quick to reply during the day, though we rest between 10 PM and 7 AM. If something important comes up, like a water leak, feel free to message us anytime and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

Booking Transparency
We believe in honest, transparent hosting so you can book with confidence. Our photos reflect the property accurately, giving you a true sense of the space and experience.

Before booking, we kindly encourage you to review all photos, amenities, house rules, and total pricing (including platform fees) to ensure the home feels like the right match for your stay.

Our goal is to offer a peaceful, private 12-acre country retreat for guests who value space, comfort, and a relaxing natural setting away from the noise of everyday life.

Property Care
We take great pride in caring for the land and home to ensure a beautiful and welcoming environment for every guest. Most maintenance is scheduled between stays, but occasional exterior landscaping or upkeep may take place during the day.

We always respect your privacy and make sure any activity does not affect your quiet enjoyment of the property.

A Fresh & Cozy Stay
We love keeping the home fresh and inviting. From time to time, linens or décor may be updated or replaced, so you may notice slight variations in colors or styles, but the warm, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere you see in the photos will always remain the same.

House Rules will be sent after booking and must be reviewed and acknowledged by the primary guest to proceed with the reservation.
For reservations made more than 48 hours before arrival, acknowledgment is required within 48 hours of booking. For short-notice reservations (within 48 hours of arrival), acknowledgment is required within 1 hour.
Failure to complete this step within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies and may impact refund eligibility, as the property is reserved and unavailable to other guests during that time.
Primary guest must be 21 years old.
This is a self-catering stay. A starter kit of essentials and coffee is provided for the first day only. Please bring any additional supplies and preferred items.
