It is a family hotel and the hospitality they provide is outstanding. They make you feel welcome and are keen to help with anything. When you have been traveling for a while, the little things really stand out and mean a lot .
For example Toms wife ( I am sorry can't recall her name ) helped me by printing out a document I needed , they charged the minimum card fee as opposed to profiting from it like everywhere else, and many other little things that all add to a big thing. Would stay again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
PS. I rarely write glowing reviews like this but it is well deserved.
Can not think of anything that could have been better.

I really enjoyed my one-night stay in this accommodation. It was clean and tidy. More importantly, the hotel manager was always attentive and helped me plan out my Ninh Binh trip at all times.

Absolutely superb, the rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. Highly recommend this hotel, which already have and 2 couples and they made a booking there and then.
