Perfect location. We extended twice.
The hosts; Tom, Lynh, and Nha were very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We easily arranged a scooter rental, free bicycles to ride in the countryside, and complimentary breakfasts and coffee.
Tom took the time to really explain the surrounding area and highlight things we might want to explore, he even made a point to inform us of the best times of day to visit each place in order to have the best views and avoid tour bus crowds.
Our room was quiet and clean and we had the LARGEST king-size bed of our travels.

First of all, the hotel was the cleanest hotel we’ve been in Vietnam. Tom and his family are the best hosts, very welcoming and super helpful with planning and arranging our visits in the area. The location is central but in a very quiet street. We also really liked the breakfast! We’ve really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommended!

Everything: the owners, Linh and Tom, were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was great: fruit, banana pancakes and excellent coffee; the room was quiet, clean, and modern, and close to the centre. Being able to use their bikes to explore the countryside made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at Madam Seven Tam Coc. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly towards us. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. I thoroughly recommend :)
