The apartment is at a perfect location, directly at the Louis I. bridge which makes it a perfect start-off place for walking-based exploring the historic old town, making bus tickets unneccessary! The apartment is really well equipped with tastfully arranged tools. The apartment is more spacious than the most, makes it enough to offer theoretically a stay for more than 2 persons. The kitchen has nice features and comfy.
The apartment beholder should exatly clarify in the offer, about which apartment the offer is about. The dumped 130+ photos does not help on this, hence all 3 apartments do have totally different features, advantages and disadvantantages. The misunderstanding was also supported by the examining google maps, that put the entrance really to the ground-floor door but on the other side of the house in another streed - which was the 1st floor from the other (bottom-) side and entrance of another apartment. So, accompaired with the messy pictures this was quite nasty, because the ground floor apartment does have (i) a humidity of 90% with musty air at arrival since the house built to the hill. So the de-humidifier must had work all day to reach 72% (ii) the inner sleeping room with a very small window - looking to an air shaft (iii) The entrance door shows that the apartment might had been originally a shop thus one could not look out through the milk glasses, giving one a bit of basement feeling (except if you are above 1.9m tall). So these all should be exactly clarified in the offer. 1. The tidiness could have been also better a bit. 2. A further suggestion could be adding some washing powder for those who would wash the clothes. That does not cost much but can highlight from the competition. 3. The wall moisture insulation should be improved by e.g. resin molded technology - that would make this small flat almost perfect.
