Personnel très efficace, gentil, souriant. Climatisation bonne.
Il faudrait adapter les prises secteurs dans les chambres pour les rendre compatibles avec l'Europe. Prises usb pas efficaces.

Friendly, professional staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Unbeatable location, especially if arriving by rail. Close to all the main locations while still being peaceful and quiet. Comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent hotel. I would recommend it and would return!
A little smell of cigarette smoke from some other rooms sometimes.

Location is ok. Pictures are way better than it actually looks.
Building is old. Room is very small. Cubby is almost useless, can only hang few clothes.
