Disappointing management, great location.

Centrally located, accessible enough.

Upon arrival, an unexpected second lockpad (that a code was not provided for) was on the unit door. I contacted the number on the keychain for the first lock (retrieved from the lockbox on the ground floor), they claimed this apartment was not under their management. It was late in the evening and I was unable to enter the unit because of this. Then I contacted the number on Booking.com and they did not take any ownership for the incorrect contact and were confused about where the second lockpad came from. I shared photos and said that none of the codes provided by the host unlocked this door. I was forced to pry open the door with a multitool as no other places were available in the same price range at short notice. They agreed to send a technician to fix the lock the next day while I was out. The technician came and could not fix the lockpad. The following day, they sent a second technician, who had removed the battery from the lock and left it in the locked position. I was once again forced to pry open the door. The host took no accountability beyond that for this situation for my four day stay.

Nice central location. Good size, clean and fairly well equipped.

Bathroom is tiny, shower floods every time and sink is useless

The worst

Location

1. Bathroom smells like sewage; you’d wake up to your room smelling like sewage as well. 2. Door locks and some electrical switches are not in good shape, not safe. 3. I got over 15 insect bites after one night here. 15. And potentially more. This ruined my trip, and may ruin my next trip that’s coming up in a few days. 4. I asked the host about the previous reviews before, she confirmed all has been fixed. But that’s a lie, nothing was fixed. They lied to get business instead of doing the fixes. I will report this to booking.com as it’s seriously damaging people’s health and safety, especially mine after my stay. It’s simply the worst I’ve stayed after traveling over 25 countries.

Me gustó mucho el punto. Estás en pleno centro de la ciudad.

El colchón. Pero quizás eso sea algo personal. Despertaba con algo de dolor de espalda. De todos modos, llegar después de recorrer la ciudad es agradable.

Todo estuvo perfecto, hubo un pequeño problema con el portal del edificio pero fueron muy rápidos y muy amables, asi q toda mi estancia fue muy buena

Estaba bien lo que es la cocina y la habitación muy comoda, y limpio

El baño lo peor del apartamento, cuando te duchabas el agua se salia todo por abajo y se quedaba el suelo del baño encharcado, ademas de que el olor del baño era horrible, las cañerias o lo que fuera olian fatal sobre todo cuando abrias la ducha. Y no habia ni jabon de las manos. No cerraba la puerta del baño entonces el olor se pasaba a la cocina y si no cerrabas la de la habitación olia todo el apartamento mal
