The owner has tried to make a small local apartment into a decent place to stay. The TV and internet worked great! The bed was comfortable. The shared kitchen had a big refridgerator, hot water, utensils and lots of free snacks.
The location is north of the the airport about 20 minutes away from downtown and transportation is a big problem if you dont have a car. Because the apartment is at the far end of the development you have to walk to the entrance to wait for a bau bau (tuktuk type tricycle). The host only sent instructions on how to find keys at the last minute. The address given is not very easy to interpret. The internet password was incorrect on printed "Welcome" materials. There was no toilet seat and the host replied that is was being ordered when a quick visit to DIY store could have solved that. The bigegest problem is that there is very low water pressure at this development, so just a trickle of water most of the time....
