The male staff member was amazing. He always had a smile on his face and even walked us to a nearby store and waited for us to purchase items needed. This individual really gives the hotel a homely energy. I wish more hotels had staff like this.
We loved everything from the check in to the checking out process. There are stores and nearby eateries within a 2-5 minute walking distance, and directly across the street is a second hand store were I bought some amazing purchases.

The hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the city center, making it a peaceful place to stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The rate is very affordable.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage upstairs can be quite inconvenient.
I arrived to check in at 5:00 p.m., but my room was still being cleaned. The staff placed me in a smaller room temporarily, and I was only able to move into the room I had booked at around 7:00 p.m.
Although the room was generally clean, there are several areas that need improvement. It has a balcony, but the balcony door is painted a dark color, which blocks most of the natural light unless the door is fully open. Since the weather was quite warm, I had to keep the air conditioning on and couldn’t leave the balcony door open.
The bathroom also needs maintenance. The sink was loose and looked like it was about to detach from the wall. The faucet was partially clogged, and despite the issue being obvious, it didn’t appear to have been repaired. The shower had very weak water pressure, while the faucet worked normally, making it inconvenient to shower.
The room was also quite noisy in the morning. I could clearly hear conversations from outside and people walking up and down the stairs. This was especially disruptive for anyone trying to sleep in, such as during the World Cup when matches finished late at night.
The hotel provided small sachets of shampoo and body wash, but there was no hand soap or complimentary drinking water in the room.
