We had a fabulous weekend at John's home in Twin Creeks. The house is SO nice and very well appointed, with all the cooking supplies that folks will need and a nice grill. The downstairs is very spacious and has super comfy couches and a nice dining table in addition to the kitchen. There is also a downstairs patio with the grill, a hot tub and games. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is super nice, has a big nice bathroom and a patio off the bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms share another big bathroom that has a separate toilet closet and a double vanity. 6 adults shared that bathroom without issue. There a nice pool next door and it is easy to walk across the street to the little bodega for supplies, or to the marina to rent a boat or eat at Drafts and Watercrafts. John was super easy to communicate with and left some very lovely and kind touches including a bottle of wine and local coffee for the espresso maker, which we loved. It made the best coffee! Would highly recommend this property for families or groups of adults wanting to spend a great weekend on Tim's Ford! It's also pet friendly which was a huge bonus for us.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood. John was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. Will definitely seek to stay here next time we are in town.

Very clean, many extras in the house. Nice location, close to Winchester and the marina. We all enjoyed it from 11 years old, teenagers to adults.
