很满意的一次青旅体验！支持微信/WhatsApp联系客服，晚到也不用担心。提前收到入住二维码，扫码就可以进大门和房间，门禁很安全。
退房无需手续，还可以免费寄存行李。客服回复及时待人热情，旅舍打扫得干净整洁，室友素质也很好，整体体验超出预期，下次来新加坡还会考虑这里。

整体房间干净整洁，住着很舒适。这家青旅没有线下前台，但有24小时线上客服，遇到问题咨询回复都很及时。我携带大行李箱，爬楼梯很不方便，客服很热心，帮我升级到了一楼的房间。床铺宽敞舒服，配有两种灯光模式，设计十分人性化。青旅还免费提供拖鞋、饮用水、毛巾和牙刷。

Good locations. Beds feel private
It looked a mess. Linens everywhere— couldnt tell if they were clean or used. Ladders to get to the top bunk were dusty.
