I booked this 3 bedroom apartment for 5 nights for me, my husband and our daughter (age 22) and son (age 18) so the 'kids' could have their own space at the end of our month-long travels around Brazil. It was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of hotel quality. Really comfortable and modern. The 2 showers were excellent and there was even a third toilet.
The kitchen has a big fridge, filtered drinking water dispenser and lots of coffee-making options. There's a great fold-out table in the living area to eat at. There was an excellent washer-dryer that looked very new. We did our washing but hung it up to dry on the hanging rack in the laundry area (helpfully right in front of a window). They kindly provided clothes washing liquid. The apartment was really nice and quiet, with no noise from Bars, Restaurants or other apartments. There is a small amount of road noise (it is a city, after all), but the balcony doors are soundproofed.
We ate out at the fabulous choice of restaurants literally just round the corner from the apartment on the Rua Dias Ferreira. One night we had delicious Poke bowls, one night a gorgeous Italian and on our final night we had an outstanding steak meal at CT Boucherie. It was quite pricey, but definitely excellent value for money.
It's a very easy & safe 7 minute walk from the metro, but we mainly took Ubers - of which there were plenty.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortably accommodated our two families. The host was responsive, attentive, and always helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
