The location on Cát Bà is great, nestled against the mountain. It's a lovely place with beautiful amenities, lights and plants. Són and his staff are very helpful. Everything is clean. It was a real pleasure to stay at the retreat, being able to chill out, reading a book or just taking in the scenery. You can book a family dinner and enjoy great food. Also little cats and dogs are very well looked after, which is good to see. I highly recommend this place to whoever wants a calm, enjoyable and beautiful environment. Photos on booking are true to the real place.
All was very good.

The property is genuinely beautiful. The buildings, gardens, and outdoor spaces have been designed with great taste and attention to detail, creating a charming and relaxing atmosphere.
Room maintenance was poor, with several damaged areas of flooring and a worm in the bathroom. More importantly, management was very disappointing: our requests were repeatedly acknowledged but never followed through. Information about activities and events was also inadequate. Perhaps the regular manager was absent and a substitute was in charge, but the overall organization and service fell well below expectations.
