Everything was great at this hotel. Staff. Lounge area. Kitchen area. All great. Cannot comment on the included breakfast as we had an early flight and could not stay.
The only problem was the room (no 102) which looked like it used to be a public area due to the emergency exit door and 3 exit lights on the ceiling. These lights made it appear like daylight 24/7. We didn’t even need to turn the actual room lights on.
And why the emergency exit door? How is this safe in an actual emergency? So many questions here …
So a great hotel, just don’t take room 102.

Location is close to Maxwell station MRT, celling type air conditioner on 302 third floor with capsule space . Head turn inside cubicle is hot as no air ventilation inside capsule. I'm turn outside and get sleep for 1 night.
Included free breakfast at fernwell cafe .
