We booked one of the rooms with a balcony (at the rear of the hotel) and the view of the rice fields was awesome.
The hotel has only recently opened and so the furniture and bed / bedding was all new.
The location was just a short walk to everything and yet quiet particularly in the evenings.
By far the biggest highlight was Giang! She was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Such an asset to the hotel!

Clean and the staff were great, especially Sung. The rooms are big, and facilities good.
The fact that the AC is our room was blowing out hot air. Sung tried her best to rectify, but we had to request a number of fans to provide some comfort. Sung did offer a partial refund, but only after I made the suggestion.
