Great appartement. Excellent location in a fun part of the city center. Apartment is small but still very spacious because it's interior design is smart. Also has a good airco that worked great even though we were there during a heatwave.
There are no stairs to the appartement. Only a typical French little elevator. There are emergency stairs but those are old and scary and obviously not for daily use.

Le logement est tres bien situé avec un certain charme (pierres apparentes et jolie vue sur Toulouse). Il est parfaitement équipé, tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé.
Nous avons séjourné en période de forte canicule, et les deux climatisations installées dans l’appartement ont réellement fait la différence. Elles ont permis de maintenir un niveau de confort très appréciable malgré les températures extrêmes.
Le seul point négatif est l'absence de consigne ou de solution pour le dernier jour. Nous avons malheureusement dû faire appel à une solution de locker faute d'espace ou laisser notre valise.
