Location was close to he Train Station and Metro. Its a bit of a climb as the walk is steep.
My Google Maps was directing me to a location a kilometer away.

Хороший вариант для бюджетного проживания.
Мы остались довольны своим пребыванием. Апартаменты расположены очень удачно — недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала и центра города, поэтому практически везде можно дойти пешком.
В номере есть всё необходимое для проживания, а кухня хорошо оборудована и позволяет без проблем готовить еду. Кроме собственного санузла с душевой кабиной, в апартаментах есть ещё две дополнительные ванные комнаты с душем, что тоже оказалось удобным.
Мы возвращались в номер поздно вечером и уходили рано утром, поэтому такой вариант полностью соответствовал нашим ожиданиям. Всё необходимое было, и проживание прошло комфортно.
Из небольших недостатков можно отметить, что входной замок действительно работает не очень хорошо — об этом уже писали предыдущие гости. Также в некоторых местах на стенах заметна плесень. Несмотря на то, что у нас есть аллергия, это не доставило нам никаких неудобств. На улице шумно, как всегда бывает в центре. Очень высокая влажность в городе, поэтому белье сохнет долго.
Если вы ищете недорогой вариант проживания с хорошим расположением и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха, эти апартаменты вполне можно рекомендовать.

Good apartments with comfortable location. Metro and bus stations really close. No problems with guests or stuff, the bed was comfy and room was clean. It was quite cold at night for me, but there was a radiator so no problems there either. The bathroom had a little bit of mold on the ceiling, but no smell or discomfort. Hot water available anytime. The kitchen was messy and sometimes dirty because of people who are cooking. Saw cleaning ladies a few times, they were good at their job and seemed very sweet
This house is old and they need to change locks and windows for more comfortable staying. I had problems with locking door once. The were no curtains in my room and the one outside wasn’t working, so I had the chance to change my clothes only in the bedroom

ロケーションとコスパ、スーパーもコインランドリーも近くて便利。古いけど清潔にしていて部屋も広め。部屋数は多いがバスルームが混み合うこともなかった。キッチンもほぼツールが揃ってる。
古いのでエレベーターはない、荷物は階段上がるのは手伝ってもらえた。部屋の鍵がうまく機能していない。
暖房エアコンなどがないため部屋が寒すぎて風邪をひいた。簡易ヒーター使ったがまったく意味がなく寒かった。
道路に面しているため夜の車の騒音。
土曜日の夜、向かいのカフェでパーティが深夜2時過ぎまであって爆音ミュージックと歌で体調不良だったがまったく休めなかった。。
中心街からは少し距離あり。
