Big enough for family for graduation, 30 mins from West Alabama University

Space was enough for up to 10 people very comfortable. Two full baths, one half bath.

Wasn't very clean, I think my wife left it cleaner than how we received it. Some of the finishing and trim needs work, finished, or completed. Some thresholds taped down, cardboard covering holes in bathroom walls, random items like broken washing machine just sitting in living room/kitchen. Random items in kitchen cabinets, freezers, dressers etc.... lack of instructions accept handwritten notes saying use these plates. Had a weird smell that stayed with us after we left. Even our washed clothes smelled like it. Like someone dropped a jar of pickles and never cleaned it up.
