Set on two secluded acres, this upscale 4BR/3BA home sleeps up to 12 guests and sits perfectly between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Wears Valley, and UT’s Neyland Stadium.
Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the pergola with a TV, relaxing in the electric sauna, or gathering on the 700-square-foot deck with dining space and a fire pit, Keener Hollow offers privacy, space, and amenities for every generation.
Dog-Friendly Property
Keener Hollow is a dog-friendly property featuring a large yard for your furry family members to enjoy. Approved pets are welcome with prior owner approval before arrival. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies to reservations bringing pets and helps cover the additional cleaning, sanitization, and preparation required to maintain our high standards for all guests. Please contact the owner prior to booking or arrival to add pets to your reservation and receive approval.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super cute, very clean, and had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It was conveniently located close to Knoxville, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We spent two weeks here for a family vacation with friends and two kids under 3, it was amazing! The outdoor space offered everything you could need with games, the hot tub and outdoor tv for kids while everyone else was sleeping! Close to the smokies for hikes but private and remote. The host was super easy to contact and responsive to all needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The most important thing for me is always bed comfort - sleep is important! All of the beds were very comfortable. Pictures don't do the property justice. I was very pleasantly surprised, roomier than it looked, and the back porch and yard were a peaceful oasis. Had a small issue at the beginning of our stay - owner was very responsive. Convenient location between Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Area views were breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.
