Property was very new in appearance and function. Lots of room for a large group.Our group was older and some had mobility issues. There is only one bedroom downstairs. I think that should be mentioned in the description. Other wise it was an excellent experience.

We had a family group of 13 coming from several different cities in Texas and one coming from Arkansas. This house is very accessible to A T & T Stadium and Globe Life Field. It is accessible to multiple restaurants in the immediate area, along with different facilities for family fun. Our family did quite a bit of walking around the area to find fun places to eat and play. Several members of our family walked to and from the Eagles Concert at Globe Life Field, rather than drive. The older family members took advantage of parking and drove to the Field. Parking at the house is limited, if you have a large group coming in from different locations, as we did. There was room for 4 vehicles only. We made that work, but adjustments had to be made. The house was very nice and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were sufficient for the 13 of us. Our host was very accessible and responded to any needs we had. If we had a question, he had an answer for us. To any concern we addressed he responded quickly and positively. We would recommend this house.
