After a two-week journey through Germany, my wife and I chose The Florentin by Althoff Collection as our final stop before returning home to New York—and it was the perfect choice. You can tell that the hotel is very new and has only recently opened. While a few processes are still settling in, the team never lets this show. From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality.
A special highlight was our dinner at The Garden Restaurant. The passion and dedication of the staff turned our evening into an unforgettable experience and a beautiful way to end our trip. An elegant, welcoming hotel with a team that truly cares—we would happily return.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is GORGEOUS! And the rooms are just WOW! I absolutely loved this hotel and the courtyard is beautiful with the live singer and good dining options and nice bar! Will def stay again
