Reception n attention and ease and flexibility in payment even after one day
Ventilation in room needed like open air but at this cost I can't expect that.

First of all, the day I arrived, the receptionist, who was a very young guy (sadly I do not remember his name), was sooo nice, friendly, and patient with me, since I do not speak Mandarim, but he kindly assisted me with everything, and even helped me to buy a towel and a phone charger adaptor via the one of the Chinese apps. Besides the excellent location of the hostel, all the facilities seemed to be daily cleaned and well maintained.
Taking in consideration the room which I stayed, I would say the mattress could be much more comfortable. I also remember asking the front desk reception if they would have any extra blanket/bed sheets, because during the days I stayed in Beijing was still very cold (17-20 March), and they said to me if I wanted anything extra apart from what we already had in the room, we would have to buy it, which doesn't make any sense when you are a tourist just visiting the country...
I also think all their communal toilets should have toilet paper dispensers available for everyone.

La buanderie est mise à disposition gratuitement avec lave linge et sèche linge pour faire une petite lessive rapide 30mn (possible 15mn).
Les chambres sont exiguës et le confort rudimentaire.
Pièce de 2 × 2 m avec des murs en carton sans fenêtre.
La literie est propre mais le matelas (futons) est si fin que l'on dort sur la planche.
Beaucoup de prises, mais une clim très bruyante pour dormir et quand on l'éteint la température monte très vite !
L'hôtel se dit non-fumeur, mais quand vous allez les voir pour leur dire que quelqu'un fume et que votre chambre est enfumée, on vous propose une autre chambre ou un peu de déodorisant sans chercher le coupable qui, au passage, vu la situation de l'hôtel (5ᵉ étage d'un immeuble), risque un drame si le feu prend dans une chambre !
Dommage que le respect de la propreté ne soit pas pour tout le monde une priorité, les locaux qui séjournent n'ont aucun respect de la propreté et de la discrétion (bruit dès 7 h du matin ou tard le soir).
Les espaces communs (salle d'eau) sont à partir de 20 h déplorables car personne ne fait attention…
Les prix changent tous les jours, mais quand on réserve pour un séjour, vous perdez la possibilité d'avoir le tarif du jour.
J'ai payé 150 yuan par nuit pour 13 jours, la 14ᵉ nuit que j'ai rajoutée, on m'a fait payer 112 yuan.
Une différence pas négligeable quand on voit la prestation proposée.
Je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir payé à sa juste valeur mon séjour pour une chambre (plutôt box) si peu accueillante et au confort spartiate.
