Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Spacious Comfy Didn’t require anything that wasn’t already provided. Food and drink provided on arrival.

Filthy with dirty bedding and towels

I arrived at the apartment to find it still dirty from the previous guests, with dirty bedding and towels. I told the customer service team who said it was because I had booked last minute (not sure how it is my fault they are advertising rooms that aren't ready). When I then spoke to them about refunding that first night (in which I had to change location to new apartment at 11pm) I was ignored for a week and then told they would refund me €24.... Avoid.

Perfect stay in the heart of Porto!

Great apartment right in the heart of Porto. It had all the amenities you need for cooking something quickly yourself or heading out into the city. Very comfortable, clean, easy to get into and perfect for our stay.

The apartment is on a pedestrian road which can get a bit noisy but it didn’t go on until late!

Equipamiento completísimo(solo falta tostador de pan), apartamentos muy nuevos y diseñados con mucho gusto. Desayuno buenísimo y detalle al llegar!

Sin duda la ubicación y el detalle de bienvenida una botella de vino y unas galletas

Nada que ver con la foto, habitación extra pequeña sin luz natural ya que daba un gran ventanal a una pared de piedra a menos de un metro de distancia. Solo tenía un perchero de pared para dejar la ropa y maletas lo cual para tres noches es muy poco espacio y no podíamos movernos por la habitación..
