Apartamento muy amplio y espacioso, muy buena ubicación. El manager fue muy amable y nos dio muchas facilidades.
Cogimos el apartamento pensando que tenía dos baños completos, ya que éramos 5 personas, según la descripción. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos vimos que solo había 1 wc, el otro “baño” simplemente tenía una ducha.
Asimismo, había algún utensilio de cocina mal limpio y nos faltaron productos de limpieza al haber sido nuestra estancia larga (7 días).
Por otro lado, el wifi no funcionaba…

Goede ligging, leuke plek, heerlijke pizzeria 3 huizen verder 😋
Goed,vlot en vriendelijk contact met verhuurder.
Al het nodige is aanwezig in de keuken ,3 mooie nette slaapkamers, goede bedden! Nette lakens en badhanddoeken? 2! badkamers, ene heel nieuw, andere wel heel klein en wat verouderd maar goede douche, geen aparte wc, slechts 1 wc in kleinere badkamer, wat donkere eetkamer/zitkamer...door weinig natuurlijk licht ((persoonlijk last van stoffen zetel-wegens allergie))
Qua ligging, netheid, accomodatie, goede bedden, contact verhuurder,... zeker een aanrader!
Internet en wifi werkte niet... Was nodig voor het werk...Er is wel iemand komen kijken maar raakte niet opgelost.

Un seul WC pour un appartement pour 6 à 8 personnes. Un Wifi totalement instable avec une installation chaotique..

Comfortable, spacious, clean, plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen, plates cutlery etc.
Plenty of storage space throughout.
Excellent location for exploring Lyon, close to Bellecour and Vieux Lyon.
Plenty of restaurants & cafes close by, particularly bouchons.
Adequately served by a number of supermarkets as well as specialty shops such as charcuteries, fromarges and wine.
Agents - Team Dify were very communicative, helpful and responsive.
Minor things really.
Kitchen tap needs securing to the sink as it hangs loose only held by the flexible water pipes.
Lyon is usually hot in summer and with no aircon you need fans, but 2 or 3 were broken.
Floor of the shower in one of the bathrooms was like a skating rink when wet - big slip hazard especially for older people.
Access door into the apartment block was broken during our stay creating a security risk, although the door entry from the street was secure.
Cooking smells from the dog food shop next door pervaded the apartment on occasions!
