Portanto, minha expectativa era legítima e baseada exatamente no serviço que estava sendo oferecido pela plataforma.Entretanto, ao chegar à acomodação, fui surpreendida ao constatar que havia apenas um quarto disponível. Ao questionar o anfitrião, expliquei que havia reservado uma acomodação de dois quartos justamente porque precisava de duas camas e de um segundo quarto. O anfitrião, porém, alegou que teria ocorrido um erro da inteligência artificial do aplicativo e que, para ele, a reserva aparecia como sendo de apenas um quarto.
Essa justificativa não resolve o problema. Eu, como hóspede, não tenho qualquer controle sobre a forma como a inteligência artificial ou o sistema da plataforma interpreta as informações fornecidas pelo anfitrião. O que importa é que, no momento da contratação, o aplicativo me apresentou e confirmou uma acomodação de 2 quartos, e foi por esse serviço que paguei.Considero extremamente grave que o anfitrião simplesmente atribua o problema à inteligência artificial e não se responsabilize pela divergência entre o anúncio/reserva e o que foi efetivamente disponibilizado. Na prática, fui levada a contratar e pagar por uma acomodação com uma estrutura que não foi entregue.
Além disso, o anfitrião não demonstrou disposição efetiva para solucionar a situação. A única alternativa oferecida foi um late check-out de aproximadamente duas horas. Essa proposta não atende de nenhuma forma à minha necessidade, pois o problema não era o tempo de permanência na acomodação, mas sim a ausência do segundo quarto e da segunda cama que eu havia contratado e pago. Oferecer duas horas adicionais de estadia não compensa a não entrega de uma parte essencial do serviço reservado.
