El hotel estaba bien.
Que nos cancelaron la reserva. No estaba bien expuesto en la confirmación de reserva que la podían cancelar si no se llegaba antes las 18:00. Por ello, sería mejor indicar que el check in es de 15 a 18, no hasta las 00:00. Asimismo, nos hicieron pagar más para otra habitación porque la nuestra cuando llegamos a las 20:40 (nuestro vuelo aterrizó a las 19 y pico) nos dijeron que ya estaba ocupada.
