New and nice design.
Too noisy, my room is next to the street, closing the emergency exit door and the window didn’t help at all.
Every space is lacking acoustic solution, which really affects guest experience.
The pool & dining area: because off the differences in the temperature between the inside & ouside, there should be some kind of solution for a better ventilation to prevent the sweaty windows.
It’s really hard to contact or call any of the staff. Whenever i need any information like the drinks, food, travel guide … or small thing like wifi password, none of the staff are available. They prefer to communicate by phone rather than in person.
