Location is fantastic. Easy to get to transportation, food, shopping, etc. Clean apartment. Adequate amount of dishes,etc. for four people.
Calling the second very small area to sleep a "bedroom" is a stretch. No place to put our clothes or suitcase, sink at the foot of the bed. Seems very much an after thought. The fan helped but could be difficult to get comfortable. More that four not very large people in this flat would not be comfortable.

This Accommodation deserves 5 star. Almost everything was perfect! Location, price and quality. The thought gesture was unexpected. I received porto wine and some souvenirs from Porto.
They will make you clean the flat before you leave.

O apartamento 402 era muito bom, confortável, moderno e bem localizado. Depois da troca de apartamento, a estadia acabou por correr bem e senti-me confortável durante o resto da viagem.
No check-in tive uma experiência muito desagradável. Quando cheguei ao apartamento 202, ele ainda estava a ser limpo. Fui falar educadamente com a funcionária para informar que devia ter havido um erro e pedi que ligasse para resolver a situação. Durante a chamada, ouvi a funcionária dizer: “no apartamento estavam lá dois pretinhos num quarto solteiro”. Sendo eu uma mulher negra, senti-me extremamente desconfortável e desiludida com esse comentário, que considerei desrespeitoso e pouco profissional. Mais tarde a situação foi resolvida e deram-me o apartamento 402, onde depois tudo correu bem.
